Other Charges Required in Addition to Product Price

Consumption tax, shipping fees (A flat rate of 1,000 yen for domestic orders under 29,999 yen, free shipping for orders 30,000 yen and above. Free shipping for items sent by mail, such as shoelaces. Shipping fees for international orders vary on a case-by-case basis.)

Delivery Time

Products will be delivered within one week of your order (excluding major holidays and New Year's holidays).

Important Notes for Purchase, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Before placing an order, please read and understand the following details.

□ As our products are made from natural leather, there may be individual differences even among items made from the same material.

□ There may be slight scratches, color variations, or irregularities in stitching.

□ Inventory is constantly changing. There is a possibility that a product may not be available after you place an order.

□ We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product is defective. In the case of initial defects, we will bear the return and redelivery shipping costs and exchange the item for a non-defective one. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. (The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order purchases.)

□ Products will be shipped or mailed via Sagawa Express or Japan Post. Please note that your preferred delivery date and time may not be met due to traffic or weather conditions. International shipments will be made via EMS.
